Client Project Ownership:

For custom projects delivered to clients, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement. Theme Seva retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

For all paid services, the following terms apply:

Additional Payment Terms:

• Quotations: All project estimates and quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• No Advance Payment: We do not take any advance, deposit, or upfront payment.
• Full Payment After Work: 100% of the agreed amount is due only after the work is completed and approved by the client.
• Accepted Payment Methods: UPI, Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), and other methods as agreed.
• Invoice: A formal invoice will be provided after work completion and before final payment.
• Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable GST and other taxes, which will be added as required by law.

Because we follow a work-first, payment-after model, refunds are rarely applicable. However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• Overpayment: If you accidentally paid more than the agreed amount, the excess will be refunded within 7 working days.
• Duplicate Payment: Full refund of the duplicate transaction within 7 working days.
• Service Not Delivered: If we are unable to deliver the promised service for any reason on our side, no payment is required from you.
• Client Cancellation Mid-Project: If the client cancels after work has begun, they are only required to pay for the portion of work completed up to that point — nothing more.

When engaging Theme Seva for services, the client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements
• Respond to requests and provide feedback in a timely manner
• Supply necessary content, images, and access credentials as needed
• Ensure that all materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights
• Comply with all applicable laws related to their business or project
• Not use Theme Seva's services for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes
• Pay the full agreed amount promptly after work approval

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, plugins, or services (e.g., Google Maps, social media, payment gateways). Theme Seva does not control and is not responsible for:

• The content, policies, or practices of third-party websites
• Any damages or losses caused by third-party services
• The accuracy or reliability of third-party information

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Theme Seva and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions, delays, or technical failures beyond our control
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our website or services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Theme Seva for the specific service in question.
